4. Consultation Recordings and Audio Insights

Consultations are recorded as part of the services provided. You are told that your session will be recorded when you book and again at the start of the session. Clients receive access to their session recordings for personal reference.

Recordings are temporarily stored using video conferencing or cloud storage services to facilitate delivery.

We ordinarily delete our retained copies within 30 days following the consultation, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve an outstanding service issue.

Clients are responsible for downloading and retaining their own copies within 30 days, before the recording becomes unavailable.

Audio Insights are delivered by email or file link within 5 days of purchase and follow the same retention practices as consultation recordings.

Recordings and Audio Insights are not published, shared publicly, or used for promotional purposes without separate authorization.

Clients are informed of recording practices, and consent is obtained where required by applicable law.

5. Information About Other Individuals

During relationship consultations, clients may provide birth information or other details about another individual.

Clients should provide only information they are authorized to share.

Information about third parties is used for the requested consultation and handled according to this Privacy Policy.

6. How We Share Information
